Our home for a little while.In the words of Lloyd Christmas, "We're There." We made it to Ireland at 9:30 am Ireland time (4:30am atl time). Michael's Aunt Helena picked us up from the airport & brought us to Uncle Tadhg's House in Dublin. He had a "Fry-up" waiting for us (fried irish sausage & ham plus Irish bread and tea). Apparently Michael's cousins Pippa and Cian are a big deal because they are on the front cover on a bunch of magazines over here. Their father is Tadhg, the uncle we are staying with, so he had some of the magazines at the house. Pippa is one of the top models for Ireland and is dating an Irish T.V star. Cian is an equestrian star who won the gold medal in the
Olympics in 2004. Pretty neat!
We tried to set up a bank account here today, but they wouldn't let us do it until we each get a PPS# (like a social security #). We will apply for those on Monday. Now we're waiting for Helena to pick us up & take us to her house by the ocean in Wexford for the weekend.
Hope everyone is doing well back home. We miss everyone already!
